Lucy is tertiary educated in business, innovation and conflict resolution, and industry trained as a Mediator, Trainer and Coach.

She has extensive experience working closely with Executives as a P&C Lead, and as a member of Senior Leadership Teams, and is passionate about creating engaging, high performing and well cultures where people can align their strengths and energies to organisational outcomes so that both can thrive.

Her specialist areas include culture and engagement, wellbeing, change, performance management and acquisitions and integration, and her work experience spans across industries including legal regulation, manufacturing, retail, education, aged care and transport and logistics.
