Ele Duncan

Prior to joining the Law Society Ele had been a practising lawyer for 17 years in private practice and in-house. Ele has a Master’s in Taxation from the University of Auckland. She has spent much of her legal career with Inland Revenue, most recently as the Group Lead of their Legal Services group. She was an associate member of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand (AMINZ) and conducted facilitations of tax disputes. Ele is currently the manager of the Law Society’s Early Resolution Service and Frontline team.
