Charlotte has been a practising lawyer for over 20 years - spending nearly half her career in private firm litigation practice and then moving in-house to the Law Society between 2011- 2020. Following time with the Office of the Auditor General and then at the regulatory agency for real estate agents (REA), Charlotte returned to the Law Society in her current role in 2023. She has a Masters of Laws from Victoria University of Wellington Te Herenga Waka and her particular areas of interest are regulatory practice, professional complaints and discipline and privacy and information handling.
