Alicia Semple serves as the Head of Customer Experience at the Victorian Legal Services Board and Commissioner (VLSB+C), where she spearheads a major transformation programme to improve customer experience, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and advance the VLSB+C’s strategic goals. Her work is pivotal in protecting and empowering consumers, improving legal practice and ethics, and improving access to justice.
With over 20 years of experience across the Victorian Public and Not-for-Profit sectors, Alicia has held diverse roles in Strategic Communications, Government Relations, and Customer Experience. She is deeply committed to ensuring equitable community participation and champions the use of human-centered design to incorporate the voices of those impacted into the development of government programmes and processes.
Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and possesses professional qualifications in community and stakeholder engagement as well as user experience strategy and design. Her dedication to these fields reflects her passion for creating inclusive and effective solutions that drive meaningful change.
